Ordering Online: The catalog pages of our
Web site are linked to a secure server. Simply
click on any item to view item details and
pricing options. When you add an item to your
shopping cart you will automatically be returned
to the page from which you ordered an item. When
you are through shopping, click on the "Check
Out" button that appears at the top right corner
of each catalog page.

Secure Shopping: Our web site uses the
latest in shopping security (SSL), providing a
safe environment for you to shop for our jewelry.
Shipping: We ship all our orders thru the United States Post Office (USPS). Standard Shipping (Priority Mail) is $8 or Express Mail (1-2 days) is $26 (signature required) for orders shipped to one address in the contiguous US. If your order total is $300 or more we will ship via UPS ground. Rush Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require a quote from our Customer Service Department at 1-800-794-4518. Please indicate in the Special Instruction or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-794-4518 if you prefer to ship UPS. We do not ship FEDEX or DHL. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of in stock items.
Engraving: We engrave by machine in Block or Script for an additional $10 for the first three letters and a $1 for each additional letter. We do not monogram. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on engraved items. Once the piece is engraved it is considered custom and non-returnable. If the requested engraving did not appear to your satisfaction please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 1-800-794-4518 or by emailing sales@breakell.com.
Gift Wrapping: All our jewelry arrives in our signature black box. Add $2.50 per package for silver gift wrap and bow.
Repairs: We accept only J.H. Breakell jewelry for repair. Please send the item back to the address listed below. Allow 10 to 15 days for repair and delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges: Items are accepted for credit, exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the purchaser on request. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise certificate. Please pack and wrap securely and include the invoice or note telling us what action you request.
