Engraving
Machine engraving is available on some pieces in either Block or Script. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on engraved pieces.
$15 Minimum + $1 per letter. Engraved pieces are not returnable.
Ring Sizer
To determine the correct ring size, click on the tape measure shown below, print it and cut it out. Wrap it around the finger on which the ring will be worn. The tip of the arrow will indicate the size.
Chains
Pendants are sold without a chain. Choose a chain style and length from our chain selection. The image on the right illustrates where each length will fall.

The catalog pages of our Web site are linked to a secure server. Simply click on any item to view item details and pricing options. When you add an item to your shopping cart you will automatically be taken to the shopping cart. Click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottom left corner of the page to return to the page you left. When you have finished shopping, click on the Check Out button that appears at the top right corner of each catalog page.
Shipping
- Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, $8.
Allow 7-10 days for in stock item delivery. - Rush Shipping via USPS Express Mail is available for $26.
Allow 1-3 days for in stock item delivery. Signature required.
- Orders totaling $300 or more are shipped via UPS Ground.
Orders valued over $500 require a signature.
- Please provide an email address for shipping confirmation.
Guarantee
If, for any reason, a piece does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a refund or exchange within 90 days. Refunds will be made to the purchaser in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit.
Returns & Exchanges
Items are accepted for credit, exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the purchaser on request. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise certificate. Please pack the returned item securely and include the invoice or a note with instructions and your email address or phone number. We recommend insuring your return so the package can be tracked.

Lose an Earring?
Single earrings can be ordered for half the current price of the pair. It is best to return the remaining earring so we can match it as closely as possible.
